Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I work with adults navigating the effects of trauma, difficult relationships, and life experiences that can feel overwhelming to process alone. With over 13 years of experience as a licensed social worker, including 9 years working closely with survivors of intimate partner violence, I provide warm, trauma-informed care grounded in trust, safety and respect. My background includes working with children, families and adults across a variety of settings, which gives me a broad and compassionate understanding about how life experiences shape us. I specialize in women’s mental health, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, interpersonal conflict, and the impact of domestic violence. I also hold certifications as an adult ADHD specialist and a clinical trauma professional.
